      Strain specific analysis of IgD and IgM expression in WT and the homozygous B-Igh-J KO mice by flow cytometry. Spleen were collected from WT mice and homozygous B-Igh-J KO mice (-/-). Mouse IgD and IgM were detectable in WT mice but not the homozygous B-Igh-J KO mice.
