Humanized immunodeficient mice offer a versatile in vivo model for the assessment of human-based immunotherapies. At Biocytogen, our scientific team independently designed and generated the severely immunodeficient B-NDG mouse model (NOD.CB17-Prkdcscid Il2rgtm1Bcgen/Bcgen). B-NDG mice lack mature T cells, B cells, and functional NK cells, and also exhibit cytokine signaling deficiencies. These combined characteristics confer the highest degree of immunodeficiency, making B-NDG mice ideal for engraftment and growth of human hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), and human tumor cells or tissues. Building upon the B-NDG platform, Biocytogen has developed a series of second-generation humanized mouse models tailored for diverse research applications. These immunodeficient animal models serve as essential tools for evaluating immuno-oncology therapeutics.
