Poster Summary:
Biocytogen has generated a library of fully human antibodies/heavy-chain-only antibodies against hundreds of targets, including approximately 200 tumor-associated antigens. Produced by RenMice®, this library facilitates the development of bi-/multi-specific antibodies, ADCs, cell therapies, and other modalities. Here, we introduce two preclinical programs: TFR1 nanobodies and HER3xEGFR bispecific ADCs developed using Biocytogen’s novel proprietary linker/payload, BLD1102. In preclinical studies, BLD1102 demonstrated superior hydrophilicity to GGFG-Dxd and in vivo anti-tumor potency.
