Description
Homozygous mice for the targeted mutation are viable, fertile, normal in size and do not display any gross physical or behavioral abnormalities.

Phenotype Analysis

Experimental mice(B-Pdx-iCre mice (Mut;+), ROSA26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut;+) )were obtained by crossing B-Pdx-iCre mice with B-CAG-LSL-tdTomato mice.
1.1 Analysis of Pancreas by FACS.
1.2 Analysis of Small intestine by FACS.
1.3 Analysis of kidney by FACS
1.4 Analysis of lung by FACS
1.5 Analysis of thymus by FACS
Pancreas and Small intestine were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and B-Pdx-iCre mice (Mut;+), ROSA26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut;+) mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry. TdTomato was only detectable in the B-Pdx-iCre mice (Mut;+), ROSA26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut;+) mice, and was not detectable in wild-type mice. While TdTomato was not detectable in kidney, lung and thymus, either wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) or B-Pdx-iCre mice (Mut;+), ROSA26-CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut;+) mice.
