Protein expression analysis in basophils

Species-specific FCER1A protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hFCER1A mice. Bone marrow-derived basophilic granulocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hFCER1A (H/H) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-FCER1A antibodies. Murine FCER1A protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human FCER1A protein was detected in B-hFCER1A mice.
