Species-specific CXCR3 protein expression analysis in humanized B-hCXCR3 mice. Splenocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hCXCR3 (H/H) mice stimulated with anti-mCD3ε antibody in vivo, and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-CXCR3 antibodies. Murine CXCR3 protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human CXCR3 protein was exclusively detected in B-hCXCR3 mice.
