Strain specific CD147 expression analysis in heterozygous B-hCD147 mice by flow cytometry.
Blood were collected from WT and heterozygous B-hCD147 (H/+) mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-CD147 antibody. Mouse CD147 was detectable in WT and heterozygous B-hCD147 mice. Human CD147 was exclusively detectable in heterozygous B-hCD147 but not WT mice.
