Species-specific CTLA4 protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCTLA4/hTNFR2 mice. Splenocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hCTLA4/hTNFR2 (H/H) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-CD152 (CTLA4) antibodies. Murine CTLA4 protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human CTLA4 protein was detected in B-hCTLA4/hTNFR2 mice.
