Species-specific ITGB7 expression analysis in humanized B-ITGB7 mice. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-hITGB7 (H/+) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-ITGB7 antibodies. Mouse ITGB7 was detected in wild-type and heterozygous B-hITGB7 mice, while human ITGB7 was exclusively detected in B-ITGB7 mice.
