Strain specific TWEAK expression analysis in homozygous B-hTWEAK/hAPRIL mice by western blot.
Lung was collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hTWEAK/hAPRIL mice (H/H), and analyzed by western blot with anti-TWEAK antibody, which has cross reaction between human TWEAK and mouseTWEAK. TWEAK was detectable both in wild-type mice and homozygous B-hTWEAK/hAPRIL mice.
Strain specific APRIL expression analysis in heterozygous B-hTWEAK/hAPRIL mice by flow cytometry.
Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hTWEAK/hAPRIL mice (H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-APRIL antibody, which has cross reaction between human APRIL and mouse APRIL. APRIL was detectable both in wild-type mice and homozygous B-hTWEAK/hAPRIL mice.
