Species-specific CD1D gene expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCD1D mice by RT-PCR. Murine Cd1d mRNA was detected in splenocytes isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) mice, while human CD1D mRNA was detected in homozygous B-hCD1D (H/H) mice.

Species-specific CD1D protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hCD1D mice. Splenocytes were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hCD1D (H/H) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-CD1D antibodies. Murine CD1D protein was detected in wild-type mice, while human CD1D protein was detected in B-hCD1D mice.
