Species-specific ITGAV protein expression analysis in wild-type and humanized B-hITGAV mice. Bone marrow cells were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-hITGAV (H/+) mice and analyzed by flow cytometry using species-specific anti-ITGAV antibodies. Murine ITGAV protein was detected in wild-type and heterozygous B-hITGAV mice, while human ITGAV protein was exclusively detected in B-hITGAV mice.
