Strain specific analysis of ITGAV gene expression in wild-type mice and B-hITGAV mice by RT-PCR. Mouse ITGAV mRNA was detectable in BM of wild-type mice (+/+). Human ITGAV mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hITGAV but not in wild-type mice.

Strain-specific ITGAV expression analysis in homozygous B-hITGAV mice by flow cytometry. BM was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hITGAV mice(H/H) and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-ITGAV antibody. Mouse ITGAV was detectable in wild-type mice. Human ITGAV was detected in homozygous B-hITGAV mice.
