Mouse uPA expression analysis in B-MUP-uPA mice by RT-qPCR. Liver and kidney tissues were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-MUP-uPA (H/+) mice (n=3, female, 9-week-old). Mouse uPA mRNA was expressed in the liver of heterozygous B-MUP-uPA mice and the level was higher than that in wild-type mice.

Serum ALT and AST analysis in B-MUP-uPA mice. Serum was collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and heterozygous B-MUP-uPA (H/+) mice (n=10, male, 10-week-old). Serum ALT and AST concentrations were normal in B-MUP-uPA mice at 3 weeks of age, but elevated at 5 weeks, indicative of liver injury in B-MUP-uPA mice.
