Basic Information

Targeting strategy
-
Gene targeting strategy for B-Cd45*K302E mice. Introduce a lysine to glutamic acid mutation (K302E) in mouse Ptprc gene, resulting the encoding protein can be recognized by anti-CD45.1 antibodies.
-
CD45.1 expression analysis in heterozygous B-Cd45*K302E mice
-
CD45.1 expression analysis in heterozygous B-Cd45*K302 mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and heterozygous B-Cd45*K302 mice (Mut/+), and then analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-CD45.1 or CD45.2 antibodies. CD45.2 was detection in C57BL/6 mice. CD45.1 and CD45.2 were double positive in heterozygous B-Cd45*K302 mice.
CD45.1 expression analysis in heterozygous B-Cd45*K302 mice by flow cytometry. Summary
