SUMMARY
• mRNA expression analysis: Mouse Cd98 mRNA was detected in kidney tissue from wild-type mice, while human CD98 mRNA was detected in B-hCD98HC mice.
• Protein expression analysis: Human CD98 was exclusively expressed in B-hCD98HC mice and was associated with the brain microvascular endothelium of B-hCD98HC mice.
