Humanized NKP46 Mouse Models for Testing Novel NK Cell-based Immunotherapies

Humanized NKP46 Mouse Models for Testing Novel NK Cell-based Immunotherapies

Protein expression analysis:
Human NKP46 protein was exclusively co-expressed with NK markers in B-hNKP46 mice.

Leukocytes profile:
Percentages of T, B, NK cells, monocyte/macrophages, and dendritic cells were similar in homozygous B-hNKP46 mice and wild-type mice, demonstrating that introduction of hNKP46 in place of its mouse counterpart does not change the overall development, differentiation, or distribution of these cell types in the spleen, lymph node (data not shown), and blood (data not shown).

In vivo efficacy evaluation:
Anti-human NKP46-based antibody was efficacious in controlling MC38 tumor growth in B-hNKP46 mice.

Used in the study: B-hNKP46 mice, B-hNKP46 mice(C), B-hNKP46 mice(CB-17 SCID)
